Improvements to Missing Documents count and comments on Tasks without a document attached

Added Document Count to Missing Account Documents Report

When viewing the Missing Account Documents Report, each line of the report represents each account missing documents. Accounts may have multiple missing documents, which created confusion as the number of accounts missing documents did not always equal the total number of missing documents indicated on the Dashboard. We added a total count of missing documents in the Missing Documents column on the top right of the report to provide clarity.


Fixed saving a comment when marking task with no form as completed

While viewing a task with no form attached, if you added a comment and did not hit the Save Comment button, but instead just hit the Mark Task Complete button, the comment would not be captured and saved. This makes sure the comments get saved when clicking on the Mark Task Complete button.
