Changing Roles

Login as a support user

There may be times when a user such as a support user is asked to support another user.   Notice the different roles assigned to the user Kim+Support.

If you are logging in as a support user with multiple roles you will need to select which person you are wanting to support or which role to switch to.

Click the CCO role.

At this point you will be logged in as the user of the role you are supporting, you will be able to see and work anything assigned to that user.

From here you can easily change the role by hovering over your initials in the top right part of the screen and selecting Change Role

Click Advisor

At this point you will be logged in as the user of the role you are supporting, you will be able to see and work anything assigned to that user.
